Unlike the EU which has a single governing regulation, selling cosmetics globally is a complex business which requires adherence to many different regulations and standards. Delphic HSE will help you to understand your responsibilities region by region. We will share our own stories and experience of operating at a global level so that you can properly prepare your own manufacturing and distribution strategy.

The full course is for 2 days. Day 1 covers the US, Canada and South America. Day 2 covers Australia and New Zealand, South-east Asia and China. Join the course either for one day or two days.

The course includes:

  • Main features of the regulations governing the specific world region
  • Your responsibility to ensure compliance and the penalties for non-compliance
  • Case studies for distribution in the specific world region
  • Illustrative region-by-region comparisons with the EU
  • Cross-region compatibility of the Product Information File, safety assessment and labelling to avoid unnecessary re-work
