Teaching method: E-learning

Classroom session available: 21st February 2018 (Enquire now)

The Cosmetic Regulation EC 1223/2009, following the principle established with the REACH Regulation, enables the legal responsibility for product safety to be transferred by written mandate to a third party organisation or person. There are numerous challenges that arise when considering the obligations that the Responsible Person is required to fulfil under the terms of the Regulation; perhaps one of the principle issues is one of knowledge and authority. The practical aspects of managing high volumes of data, maintaining and verifying the information are also important considerations that need to be taken into account.

Delphic HSE has designed an e-learning module to help you understand The Role of The Responsible Person. This revolutionary module will allow you to learn-as-you-go, granting you full control over time, consistency and development.

The platform operates on a modular system, allowing users to study the modules they need to be compliant in their line of work. Users can remotely access their modules from any computer with a simple, secure login system. Modules are presented to users as series of short videos, animated slides and mini-quizzes to make learning as stimulating and easy as possible.

At the end of the modules, the user is tested on what they have just learned. The tests are intentionally challenging with a high pass mark to encourage high standards and concentration.  Managers can monitor users to make sure the relevant staff complete the test and identify areas of development (individual or departmental); allowing you to be sure that your company is picking up the knowledge, they need.

Delphic ELearning has been endorsed by Trading Standards, therefore successful completion of this module will automatically generate a certificate co-signed and stamped by Delphic HSE and Trading Standards.
