Only Representative Service for REACH
This service applies particularly to importers representing non-EU companies wishing to import into the EU market
Delphic HSE can act as Only Representative for REACH registration, guiding you through the pre-registration process for REACH and also, if required, the registration process. Only Representative service provides the necessary legal presence and representation in the EU.
Delphic HSE would represent the client with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA), handle technical management of REACH pre-registration and registration, and submit information to the EU to fulfil a company's REACH obligations.
