Victoria (Tori) has solid experience of working within customer focused environments. Prior to working with Delphic’s responsible person’s team, she began her career on an IT Service Desk and quickly progressed within line management, eventually working more closely with the clients to help develop good working relationships and service improvements.

From there, Tori worked with a team of IT Consultants, primarily planning the delivery of IT consultancy work worldwide but also managing the back office administration functions.  Since joining Delphic, Tori has taken on the management of a vast number of products to ensure newly developed and existing products are fully compliant with the relevant regulations prior to launch.  Tori’s involved in creating CPSR’s and PIF’s, submissions onto the CPNP, as well as maintaining the products full compliance throughout its lifecycle.  Tori is instrumental in working on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in coordination with Quality Control and New Product Development departments as she has a vast experience with the whole of a products supply chain.
