Cristina has over 20 years’ experience in regulatory compliance and registrations within household, detergents. This experience includes managing Supply Chain and HR projects-re-model Supply Chain and factory reorganisation-major exercise where she intermediated the relationship between local and foreign management. After her secondment in Laundry Development in UK, Cristina worked in Romania as Technical Manager to coordinate a local group in charge of product development for Central Eastern Europe. While consistently delivering her targets, Cristina showed a total commitment towards people development and progression. This includes ongoing training on process and people; in addition to building a trusted team environment.
More recently, Cristina developed an R&D/Regulatory team across Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, thus supporting company strategy and business priorities.
