Cherie obtained her MSc degree in Food Safety and Toxicology from University of Hong Kong. Cherie is also a member of Royal Society of Biology (UK) and a certified Safe Quality Food Practitioner (US). Before joining Delphic in June 2017, Cherie worked in the Food Quality and Safety field in United States for 6 years, she helped food manufacturing companies set up and maintained Quality Systems in the plant, including but not limited to HACCP, SSOP, GMPs, Environmental Monitoring, Allergen Control and Pest Control and performed Internal Audit to ensure all practices are complied with federal and state regulations.
Cherie is based in the Hong Kong office and responsible for providing Compliance services to Global customers, creating PIF’s, submissions onto the CPNP, as well as maintaining the products full compliance throughout its lifecycle.
