Monika obtained Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology and completed her PhD at the University of Southampton. During her postgraduate studies, she investigated the selective toxicity of neonicotinoid-insecticides and worked towards developing methods for screening of novel, more selective compounds.
She joined Delphic HSE in 2019, where she is mainly responsible for safety and regulatory aspects of cosmetic products. Her current duties involve hazard identification, hazard characterization and risk assessment. Monika is a member of the Royal Society of Biology and British Pharmacological Society.
