Harman holds Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science from the University of Sunderland and began her career at Delphic HSE as a Junior Regulatory Analyst within the Technical Services team. Within this role she supported cosmetic compliance by reviewing product labelling and claims for global markets, while also contributing to company‑wide regulatory updates and standards.
Harman now works within Client Services as an Account Manager, partnering closely with clients to provide practical regulatory support and guidance throughout their cosmetic compliance journeys.
