Profile: Baljit Kaur

Having gained a degree in BSc Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Sciences, Baljit went on to work for Boots, formulating some very exciting products for brands such as Toni and Guy, Soap and Glory, Botanics as well as many others. Her desire to improve led her to take a role at GlaxoSmithKline as a Development Scientist for Oral care and worked on well known products such as Sensodyne.

After a brief break to raise her family, Baljit worked with Designer Parfums as a Regulatory and Technical Executive looking after key fragrance accounts and ensuring compliance and safety on ranges right from inception through to post market due diligence. In looking to further challenge herself, Baljit joined Delphic HSE as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Advisor supporting some of our larger clients and supporting the wider Regulatory team across a number of regulatory areas.

Throughout her career, Baljit has gained a thorough understanding of the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Having worked on a number of diverse projects and varied product types she has also gained in-depth knowledge on how to manage and maintain the products compliance throughout its lifecycle.
