Kinki obtained her BSc degree in Analytical and Testing Sciences and MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry from the Hong Kong Baptist University, and a MSc degree in Food Safety and Toxicology from the University of Hong Kong. During her master’s degree in the University of Hong Kong, she has been focusing on the topic about the effect of high-pressure processing on Listeria Monocytogenes and on the physiochemical properties of pesto sauce.

Kinki is an Associate member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. Before joining Delphic HSE, Kinki worked as a Technical Specialist at QIMA, responsible for regulatory updates monitoring, product regulatory compliance checking, labelling review and ingredient list review for cosmetic products. Kinki is now working at Delphic HSE as a Junior Toxicologist.
