Before joining Delphic HSE in 2021, Monika worked for a joint stock company within the aluminium architectonical systems industry providing support to the Board of Directors and the HR Department. She then worked for a company specialised in providing diagnostic and healthcare solutions across the public and independent sector where she supported the team of clinical professionals.
Monika holds an MEd in Career Counselling.
Monika now provides HR support to all offices globally, UK Office Management support and also coordinates the internal audit schedule for the company, ensuring our continued certifications against Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO9001 and ISO27001.
