Before joining Delphic HSE in 2021, Monika worked for a joint stock company within the aluminium architectonical systems industry providing support to the Board of Directors and the HR Department. She then worked for a company specialised in providing diagnostic and healthcare solutions across the public and independent sector where she supported the team of clinical professionals.
Monnika holds an MEd in Career Counselling.
