Susanne obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutritional Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with First Class Honor and completed her Master’s degree in Food Safety and Toxicology at the University of Hong Kong with Distinction.
Apart from classroom learning, her MSc dissertation project assessing the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicines via an in-vitro model further consolidated her research competency, including critical literature review and chemical toxicity assays etc.
Before joining Delphic HSE in March 2020, she worked as a Quality Assurance Officers in the hospitality industry for establishing and maintaining the management system related to food, including HACCP and ISO22000.
Susanne, as a Junior Toxicologist, is now based in the Hong Kong Office. Her major responsibility is assisting in toxicological risk assessment of cosmetics, household products and toys.
