Vivian obtained an honours degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences followed by a PhD degree in Nanotoxicology, both at the University of Hong Kong. Her PhD’s thesis focused on the mode of toxic actions of silver, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide nanoparticles on macrophage-like cells utilising transcriptomics and targeted lipidomics approaches.
She joined Delphic HSE after the completion of her studies in 2019 where her main responsibilities include the completion of toxicological profiles and risk assessments for cosmetic ingredients.
